Game Day Snacks

My family loves snacks on game day! We eat them the whole time games are on for the whole season! I hope that your family/guests enjoy these as much as we do!

Needed to make 7- Layer Bean Dip

*1 can of refried beans *1/2 a packet of taco seasoning *1/2 cup chopped onion (optional) *1/2 cup of sour cream (optional) *1/2 a can of Rotel (optional) (can dice a tomato) *1/2 cup of guacamole (optional) *1/2 cup of shredded lettuce (optional) *4 oz can of sliced black olive (optional) *4 oz can of jalapeno's (optional) *1/2 cup of shredded cheese (optional)

Step 1: Mix beans and taco seasoning together. Step 2: Place mixture in bottom of serving pan and spread evenly. Step 3: Layer your toppings of choice and chill til you are ready to serve.

Needed to make Bacon Wrapped Smokies with Brown Sugar

*1 package of uncooked bacon *1 package of lillte smokies *1/4 cup of brown sugar

Step 1: Cut each piece of bacon into three parts. Step 2: Taking a slice of bacon, wrap it around the little smokie and place a toothpick through it. Then place into an oven safe pan. Step 3: Once all the smokies are wrapped in bacon, sprinkle the tops of each with brown sugar.. Step 4: Cook in oven at 350 for 15 to 25 minutes. Making sure bacon is fully cooked. Step 5: Allow them to cool for at least 5 minutes, then serve from the container it was cooked in.

Needed to make Spinach and Artichoke Dip

*1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese *1 cup sour cream *1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese *4 garlic cloves, minced *1 package (12 oz.) frozen artichoke hearts, chopped *1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened *1 package (10 oz.) frozen, chopped spinach (thawed, drained and squeezed dry)

*1/2 can of Rotel (or diced tomatoes, bout 1/2 cup) *1/8 cup of Parmesan *1/2 cup of mozzarella

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350. Step 2: In a large bowl, add all but the last three items. Mix well. Step 3: Spray non-stick cooking spray onto a oven safe dish. Spoon mixture into dish, spreading evenly. Step 4: Sprinkle top with the last three items. Step 5: Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Serve with chips or Melba toast.

Refrigerate any leftovers.
