One Skillet Creamy Cajun Pasta

This is a one skillet meal, that is easy to make and taste delicious! So creamy and good!

Needed to make

*2 Tablespoons olive oil *1 package of andouille sausage, sliced *1 bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips *4 cloves crushed garlic *6 green onions, chopped small *1 1/4 teaspoons paprika *1/4 teaspoon dried thyme *1/2 teaspoon dried oregano *3 cups of water with 3 chicken bouillon cubes or 3 cups of chicken broth *1/2 a can of Rotel or one chopped tomato *4 oz. or a 1/2 cup of cream cheese *4 cups of uncooked penne pasta *2 Tablespoons grated parmeasen *2 cups of shredded mozzerella *Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1: In large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage and bell peppers til lightly browned. 3 to 5 minutes. Remove to a plate and set aside. Step 2: Return skillet to heat. Add rest of oil, garlic and onion; cook about 1 minute. Step 3: Add paprika, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper; cook for 1 minute. Step 4: Stir in pasta, water, bouillon and Rotel. Bring to a boil, cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Step 5: Reduce heat to a low simmer. Add sausage and pepper mix. Stir well. Step 6: Add all three cheese's and cook covered for another 3 to 5 minutes, until sauce is thick and creamy.

Serve warm.
