Homemade Lasagna
This lasagna is easy to make and lighter than a normal lasagna. It can be doubled or cut in half to feed however many you need it to!

Needed to make
*1 pound cooked and drained hamburger meat *2 cups of mozzarella *16 oz. of cottage cheese (or ricotta) *1 jar of vodka sauce (or any kind of pasta sauce you like) *1/8 cup of parmesan cheese *10 oz. of chopped mushroom *9 pieces of cooked lasagna noodles *1/2 Tablespoon of garlic powder
Step 1: First, get your noodles cooked. Step 2: Cook and drain your hamburger meat. Step 3: In the same skillet, add your garlic powder and mushrooms. Cook for about 1 minute. Step 4: Add your pasta sauce and cook for 5 to 10 minutes on a low simmer, until it has thicken up a bit. Step 5: Using an oven safe dish, spoon a small amount of sauce and spread over the bottom of your dish. Step 6: Place 2 or 3 noodles on top, spread evenly. Step 7: Spoon about 1/3 of your meat and sauce mixture on top and spread evenly. Step 8: Spoon about 1/3 of your cottage cheese on top and spread evenly. Step 9: Repeat steps 6 to 8 twice more. Step 10: Add your mozzarella on top and spread evenly. Step 11: Sprinkle your parmesan on top. Step 12: Place in oven at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown on top and bubbly on the edges.
Allow it to cool down for a minute or two and serve.
This is great with garlic bread and a side salad!
