Super bowl snacks should be tasty and filling, these snacks are perfect for both!

Needed to make Bruschetta Toast

*1 to 2 cups of chopped fresh spinach *1 to 2 eggs *melba toast or fresh toast from the bakery *2 Tablespoons olive oil *1/8 teaspoon italian seasoning
Step 1: Mix oil and seasoning in a bowl. Step 2: Using a pastry brush, brush each piece of toast with the mixture. Step 3: Beat the egg and add it and the spinach to the cheese mixture. Mix well. Step 4: Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture onto each piece of toast. Step 5: Place them on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 12 mins.
Now you can serve.
Needed to make the Bagel Bites
*A package of mini or regular bagels *Mustard *1/2 to 1 lbs. of shredded roast beef *Slices of medium thick cut cheddar
Step 1: Toast each bagel slice. Step 2: Place a small amount of mustard on top of each bagel. Step 3: Now add as much roast beef as you like mounded on top. Step 4: Add a slice of cheese, or if using mini bagels, a fourth of a slice. Step 5: Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about 5 minutes.
Now serve.
Needed to make stuffed mushrooms
*Fresh whole mushrooms *1/8 to 1/4 cup of italian style bread crumbs
*1 cup of the cheese mixture used to make bruschetta toast
Step 1: Remove the stems and lightly clean out the mushrooms, leaving a small well to stuff. Step 2: Dice the stems from the mushrooms fairly small. Step 3: Using a cup of the cheese mixture from the toast, add the bread crumbs and the mushrooms. Mix well. Step 4: Stuff each mushroom forming a small mound on top. Step 5: Using an oven safe dish, spray lightly with cooking oil so your mushrooms won't stick. Now add your finished mushrooms to the dish. Step 6: Bake at 400 for about 20 to 25 minutes. Mushrooms should be a dark brown when done.
