This is a really old family recipe that I got from my grandmother. I usually make these for summer holidays and BBQ's. I hope your family love them too!

********************

Needed to make

*6 boiled and peeled eggs *1/2 to 1 Tablespoon Mayo or Miracle Whip *1/2 to 1 Teaspoon mustard *1 Tablespoon or so minced onion *1/2 to 1 small dill pickle, minced *1/2 teaspoon salt *1/2 teaspoon black pepper *1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon paprika.

Step 1: Slice your eggs length wise, remove yolk and place into a mixing bowl. Place eggs slices onto a serving plate. Step 2: Add salt, pepper and about half of your pickle and onion to yolks. Step 3: Add your mayo and mustard to mixture and stir til well blended. Step 4: Taste is to make sure it's not sweet (add more mustard and pickle if it is) or tangy (add more mayo if it is). Step 5: Once mixture is to your liking, it should be thick and moist, not runny. Fill in the hollows of each egg slice, creating a small mound on each. Step 6: Sprinkle with paprika.

Serve cold.
