Cheesy Potato Bake


This is a great side for lot's of dinners! We had this with brats and it was delicious!

Needed to make

*2 lbs. frozen and thawed hash browns (shredded or diced) *1 cup diced onion *1 lb. sour cream (16 oz.) *8 oz cheese (1 cup) *1/8 teaspoon salt *1/8 teaspoon pepper *10 oz. can cream of chicken soup *1 stick melted butter (1/2 cup) *1 cup corn flakes

Step 1: Mix your butter, hash browns, soup and sour cream in a large mixing bowl. Step 2: Add the onion, salt, pepper and cheese. Mix well. Step 3: Using a 9 x 13 oven safe pan, spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Step 4: Pour your mixture into your pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle the top with the corn flakes. Step 5: Cook at 375 for 1 hour. You want it to be golden brown on top and bubbling on the edges.

Allow to cool for a few minutes and serve.
