Pistachio Pie


This is a great pistachio dessert with a light flavor sure to please most!

Needed to make

*2 boxes instant pistachio pudding *45 Ritz crackers (crumbled) *1 quart vanilla ice cream (softened) *1 1/2 sticks butter (melted) *1 bowl cool whip *5 Heath bars (crumbled) *1 1/2 cup milk

Step 1: Mix butter and crackers in a bowl til all the crackers are damp. Pour into a 9 x 13 and spread evenly. Step 2: Bake at 350 for 10 minutes and allow to cool completely. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, mix pudding and milk til well blended. Add ice cream and mix well. Step 4: Pour on top of crust and spread evenly. Place in refrigerator til set. Step 5: Add cool whip to the top and spread evenly. Now sprinkle on the candy bars.

Now serve. Store in refrigerator.
