Parmesan Red Potatoes and Garlic Butter Green Beans


These are some of the kids favorite sides!

Needed to make the potatoes:

*8 to 10 red potatoes, about 2 lbs. ( cut into bite size pieces)

*1 teaspoon garlic

*1 teaspoon parsley

*1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Step 1: Chop potatoes and add to an oven safe dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2: Add garlic, butter and parsley and mix well. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Step 3: Cook at 400 for 30 minutes. Stir lightly.

Step 4: Cook for another 25 minutes or until potatoes are completely cooked.

Allow to cool for 3 to 5 minutes and serve.

Needed to make the garlic butter green beans:

*Fresh green beans

*2 Tablespoons butter

*1 teaspoon garlic

Step 1: Cut the tips off the green beans, break each in half and place in a strainer. Rinse well.

Step 2: Add everything to a skillet and cook until butter is sizzling. Turn heat down and continue to cook for 3 to 5 minutes. The beans will be a little softer.

Now serve.
