Pan Seared, Oven Baked Pork Loin


Pork loin can be a great dinner item if cooked right and this is one of the best ways you can make it! As you can see I have paired mine with my Parmesan red potatoes and garlic butter green beans from the last show!

Needed to make:

*1 teaspoon salt

*1 teaspoon pepper

*1/2 cup water

*pork loin

Step 1: Using a pre-heated skillet, pan sear pork by cooking each side for 3 to 5 minutes and sprinkling the spices on each side. Making sure each side is a little brown before going to the next side.

Step 2: Place pork in an oven safe pan and add water around it. Sprinkle the rest of salt and pepper on top.

Step 3: Cook at 425 for 20 minutes or until the inside is no longer pink. (Mine took 35 minutes. The larger the piece of prok loin is, the longer it will take.)

Allow 2 to 3 minutes to cool and cut into slices. Now serve.
