Chocolate Chip and Almond Breakfast Bars
These are the kids favorite breakfast bars!

*2 sticks or 1 cup butter
*1 cup of packed brown sugar
*2 teaspoons vanilla
*1 3/4 cup flour
*2 cups chocolate chips
*1 cup almond slivers ( or a nut of your choice)
*1/2 cup sugar
*2 Tablespoons milk
*1 teaspoon baking soda
*1/2 teaspoon salt
*1 1/2 cups oats
*2 eggs
Step 2: Add milk, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
Step 3: Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
Step 4: Add chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well
Step 5: Bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes.
