Beef Burgundy Over Egg Noodles


This a very easy recipe that has a full bodied taste.

*****************

Needed to make:

* 2 lbs. Sirloin tips cut into strips or cubes

* 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

* 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

* 1 to 2 cans sliced mushrooms, or 1 lbs. fresh sliced mushrooms

* 1 1/4 cup Burgundy wine or Merlot

* Bag of egg noodles

Step 1: Soak sirloin in 3/4 cup wine for at least 1 hr. (Can soak up to 24 hrs.)

Step 2: Drain meat and mix all ingredients in a large bowl, with the last 3/4 cup of wine.

Step 3: Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 oven safe dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 4: Cook at 300 for 3 hrs. Stirring half way through.

Step 5: Boil noodles per directions.

Step 6: Serve mixture over noodles.
