Peppered Steak Over White Rice
This is a easy meal that taste great and will fill you up! Just a little spice and the meat comes out super tender!

Needed to make:
* 1 Lbs. Flat round steak, cut into thin strips
* 1 1/2 tsp. Worsheshire Sauce
* 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
* 1 bell pepper, diced
* 1 med. onion, diced
* 1/4 cup Flour mixed with 1/2 teaspoon black pepper on a plate
* 3 Beef Bouillon cubes
* 1/4 cup water
* 2 to 3 cups cooked white rice
* 1 teaspoon black pepper
Step 1: Dip steak strips in flour/pepper mix, and brown.
Step 2: Combine steak, beef bouillon cubes, tomatoes, 1/4 cup water, pepper and onion to skillet. Stir well and simmer for 1 hour covered.
Step 3: Stir well, and simmer for 1 hour covered.
Step 4: Stir well and simmer for 30 minutes, covered.
Step 5: Add bell pepper and worcestershire sauce, stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Cook rice per pkg. instructions.
Step 7: Serve mixture over rice.
