Hamburger, Tater Tot Casserole
This is a quick and easy casserole. It does come out a bit greasy, but has a great taste. This was one of my Uncle Eddie's recipes.
*******************
Needed to make
* 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
* 1 can onion soup
* 1 can mushroom soup
* 1 bag of tater tots
Step 1: Using a 9 x 13, spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2: Shape hamburger into a loaf in the middle of pan.
Step 3: Pour soups over the meat and place tots around the sides.
Step 4: Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes. Make sure meat is completely cooked inside.
Serve warm.
