Country Style Pork Loin BBQ Ribs, Cooked Southern Style
This is a great way to enjoy BBQ ribs during the winter! This is also one of my summertime favorite food. This was a recipe of my grandmother's.

Needed to make
* a pkg. of pork loin country style ribs
* BBQ sauce of your choice
* 1 tsp. salt
Step 1: Boil ribs in a large pot with salt for about 30 to 45 minutes.
Step 2: In a 9 x 13, pour some BBQ sauce on the bottom and place ribs in a single layer on top.
Step 3: Pour a little more sauce on top of ribs. Bate at 350 for about 35 to 45 minutes.
Allow a few minutes for them to cool and serve with your favorite sides. I usually serve with potato salad, baked beans and deviled eggs.
