Black Forest Sundae in a Edible Isomalt Bowl

There is a restaurant in Oklahoma, called Braum's, that serves a Black Forest Sundae that I love! We don't have them here in Georgia, so now I make my own! This is my version of that dessert!

Needed to make

* chocolate fudge sauce for ice cream

* 1 batch of pre-made and cooled brownies

* vanilla ice cream

* nut topping for ice cream

* whipped cream

* cherry pie filling

* maraschino cherry

* Isomalt nibs (If you want to make the bowl)

Step 1: Following the pkg. directions, get your Isomalt ready. Pour over your silicone dome mold, (place mold on a silicone lined cookie sheet.) Allow 20 minutes to set. Use a cookie cutter to shape edges or lip of bowl if you have the right size, by placing around the dome and cutting through Isomalt before it completely sets.

Step 2: Melt a little more of the Isomalt and place in center of plate to create a stand for your bowl. Place bowl on top of drop and hold in place til set. Takes less than a minute.

Using however much your bowl can hold and how much your like of each ingredient, build your sundae as follows:

Brownie

cherry pie filling

ice cream

fudge sauce

whipped cream

nuts

cherry
