Chive and Onion Mashed Potatoes
Need a quick and cheap way to upgrade your mashed potatoes? Or just want a little change? This is the perfect way to do all of that. This is a recipe of my own invention.

Needed to make
* potatoes
* up to 1/2 cup milk
* up to 3 tbsp. butter
* 1 pkg. chive and onion cream cheese
Step 1: Clean your potatoes and boil until skin start to pop open. About 1 hour.
Step 2: Mash potatoes until they are as smooth as you like them.
Step 3: Add cream cheese a little at a time until you reach a taste you like.
Step 4: If they are to dry, add butter a tbsp. at a time and a little milk until you reach the desired consistency.
Serve still warm.
