Quick and Easy Oven Pork Chops
This is a very easy way to make pork chops. They end with a very light taste of sweet glaze and that's it. As you can see, I have paired mine with my cornbread, chive and onion mashed potatoes and some corn.

Needed to make
* pkg. of pork chops
* 2 tbsp. olive oil
* 2 tbsp. brown sugar
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* 1/4 tsp. pepper
* 1/4 tsp. cheyenne pepper
Step 1: In a small bowl mix salt, pepper, cheyenne pepper, brown sugar and oil together.
Step 2: Using a oven safe pan, line it with aluminum foil and then spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place pork chops inside in a single layer.
Step 3: Using a pastry brush, lightly coat tops of each pork chop. Cook at 325 for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Remove pan from oven and flip pork chops over. Using the rest of mixture, coat the tops of pork chops. Cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 5: Turn chops over and cook at 15 minute intervals until cooked all the way through. (I made six thick cut chops and they took 50 minutes.
Serve warm.
