Banana Bread

This is my favorite recipe for banana bread, as it comes out super moist. I got this recipe from my future mother-in-law and the kids love it.

*******************

Needed to make

* 1/2 cup butter

* 1 cup sugar

* 2 eggs, beaten

* 3 medium banana's, ripe and mashed

* 2 cups flour

* 1 tsp baking soda

* 1/2 tsp salt

* 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Step 1: Cream butter and sugar until well mixed.

Step 2: Add eggs and mix well.

Step 3: Add banana's and mix well.

Step 4: Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

Step 5: Pour mixture into a loaf pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray or greased.

Step 6: Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for another 45 minutes.

Allow a few minutes to cool. Remove from pan, cut and serve.
