Buttered Parsley Potatoes

This is a easy side and cheap to make. Goes with almost any meat. This is one of my grandmother's recipes.

*******************

Needed to make

* 4 lrg. potatoes

* 1/4 cup butter

* 1/4 tsp. salt

* 1/8 tsp. pepper

* 1/2 tsp. parsley

Step 1: Boil potatoes until done. Peel and cut into lrg. chucks or wedges. Place in a large bowl.

Step 2: Melt butter in the microwave. Pour over the top of potatoes.

Step 3: Sprinkle salt, pepper and parsley. Stir and serve.
