I have always hated the cold and this was the one thing I loved about winter as a kid. My grandmother made this whenever she could and it always made us happy. This is one of my grandmother's recipes.

Needed to make
* 6 eggs
* 1 tsp. vanilla
* 1 1/2 cup sugar
* 1 cup cold pet milk
* 10 cups fresh clean snow
Step 1: In a large bowl add sugar, vanilla, eggs and milk. Mix well with a whisk.
Step 2: Start adding snow 2 cups at a time, mixing well after each addition, until consistency is like real ice cream.
Store in a covered dish in freezer.
*Optional: Your can also add 1 cup of chopped and drained fruit of your choice before adding the snow for a different flavor. You can also try chopped candy bars or even cookie crumbs.
