Homemade Meatloaf

This is a easy recipe that taste great. This is one of my grandmother's recipes.

*******************

Needed to make

* 1 lb. ground beef

* 1/2 lb. sausage

* 2 cloves garlic (minced)

* 1 cup cracker crumbs

* 1 bell pepper (chopped)

* 3 tsp. salt

* 1/4 tsp. pepper

* 2 eggs

* 1 large onion (chopped)

* 1 1/2 cup water

* 1 can crushed tomatoes

Step 1: Mix beef, sausage, garlic, crackers, bell pepper, salt, pepper, eggs and onion together in a large bowl.

Step 2: Using a 9 x 13, spray with non-stick cooking spray and shape mixture into a loaf in middle of pan.

Step 3: Pour tomatoes over the top and add water around the sides.

Step 4: Cook at 350 for 1 hour covered.

Step 5: Uncover and cook for another 30 to 40 minutes. Making sure meat is completely cooked inside.

Serve warm.

*Goes great with my chive and onion mashed potatoes and my garlic butter green beans
