Dressing

This is one of my grandmother's recipes. This is the dressing that I grew up with.

*******************

Needed to make

* 1 8 x 8 cake pan size batch of cornbread (crumbled)

* 1 can biscuits (cooked and crumbled)

* 2 eggs

* 1/2 box of sage

* 1 large onion (chopped)

* 1 cup chopped celery

* Broth, 1/2 of the giblets and meat from turkey neck

Step 1: Put eggs, onion and celery in a large pan. Pour hot broth over them. Mix well.

Step 2: Add cornbread, biscuits, giblets and neck meat. Mix well.

Step 3: Add sage. Mix well.

Step 4: Bake at 350 until brown on top.

Serve with turkey.
