No Bake Brownies

This is a great recipe for those days when it's just to hot to turn on the oven.

*******************

Needed to make

* 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

* 1/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

* 2 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs (use a food processor or place in a bag and roll with a rolling pen)

* 1 cup of chopped nuts (or nut topping)

Step 1: Spray a 9x9 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Step 2: Heat the milk and chocolate in a small sauce pan, until all the chocolate is melted, about 10 minutes.

Step 3: Remove from heat and add half of the nuts and all of the graham crackers. Mix well.

Step 4: Spread in prepared pan and add the rest of the nuts on top.

Step 5: Chill until firm, 3 to 4 hours.

Tip: You can remove from container and cut to serve or leave in container.
