Taco Dip
* 1 cup cottage cheese
* 1 8 ounce. pkg. of cream cheese
* 1/2 packet taco seasoning
* 1 package shredded cheese
* 1 package shredded lettuce
Optional topping: black olive, tomatoes, Rotel and onion
Step 1: In a bowl mix the cottage cheese, cream cheese and taco seasoning.
Step 2: Put into a serving dish (I use a pie dish) and top with lettuce, shredded cheese, olive and onion.
Chill until ready to serve.
