Pistachio Cake
This is a easy dessert with a lite taste that is sure to please!
Needed to make:
* 1 box yellow cake mix
* 2 box pistachio instant pudding
* 1/2 cup flour
* 4 eggs
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil
* 1 1/2 cups club soda
* 1 1/2 cups cold milk
* 1 envelope whipped topping mix
* 1 cup whipped topping
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix, 1 box of pudding, flour, oil, soda eggs. Mix for at least 3 minutes until well blended.
Step 2: Grease and flour a bundt pan before pouring in cake mix. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Allow cake to cool all the way before adding icing.
Step 3: In another mixing bowl combine, whipped topping mix, 1 pudding and milk. Mix for about 5 minutes or until peaks form. Now fold in whipped topping.
Step 4: Ice cake and store in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
