Candied Pecans, No Bake


These are a great no bake snack for the holidays or anytime at all!

* 1/2 cup brown sugar

* 1/4 teaspoon salt

* 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

* 2 tablespoons water

* 1 cup pecan halves

Step 1: In a medium sauce, heat sugar, salt, cinnamon and water for 1 to 2 minutes, just until it starts to boil.

Step 2: Add the pecans and cook on low for 3 minutes.

Step 3: Pour pecan mixture onto a parchment covered cookie sheet and allow to cool for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 4: Break pecans apart and serve.
