Stabbed, Bleeding Cupcake


These are great for adults or older kids, they bleed white chocolate ganache, dyed red, when you bite into them!

Needed to make

* 1 batch of white chocolate ganche (recipe on site)

* 1 batch of vanilla buttercream (recipe on site)

* 1 batch of cupcakes, dyed blood colored and cooled

* 1 batch of fake blood ( recipe on site)

* red and blood food color

* 1 package of edible knife's

Tools: a knife, melon baller or corer to hollow out the cupcakes, piping bags

Step 1: Color cake batter with 6 drops of red food coloring and 2 drops of blue to look like blood. Adjust as needed, then bake and cool.

Step 2: Hollow out the cupcakes and fill with white chocolate ganache, also colored to look like blood. Fill at least three times. Replace top.

Step 3: Top with white buttercream and put a knife in the top.

Step 4: Drizzle, drip, pour or splatter with fake blood.

Now serve.
