Dark or White Modeling Chocolate

Needed to make:

* 7 ounces dark or white chocolate

* 1/3 cup of corn syrup for dark and 1/4 cup for white

Step 1: Melt chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave. Do not overheat, heat just until chocolate is melted or in 30 second intervals if using the microwave.

Step 2: Add corn syrup and stir until well combined. Allow it to cool for a few minutes.

Step 3: Pour out onto plastic wrap and wrap well. Place in an airtight container and wait several hours at least before using. Best if left overnight.

Do not store in refrigerator.
