Cinnamon Sugar Roasted Cashews


These are a great snack for game time or the holidays. Quick and easy to make!

Needed to make:

* 2 cups of cashews

* 1/2 cup of sugar

* 1 egg white

* 1 teaspoon cinnamon

* 1 teaspoon cold water

* 1/4 teaspoon salt

* 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Step 1: Lightly beat egg white and add water. Beat until frothy.

Step 2: Add the nuts and stir until all of the nuts are damp.

Step 3: In a bowl, mix cinnamon, sugars and salt. Pour mixture on top of nuts and again stir until nuts are coated.

Step 4: Lightly grease a cookie sheet or use parchment paper, spread mixture evenly on cookie sheet. You can sprinkle more sugar and cinnamon on top at this time.

Step 4: Bake at 250 for one hour, stirring a few times to keep everything coated.

Serve warm or if you like them more crunchy, store in an air tight container overnight.
